“To help us become biblically grounded super-naturalists we need to look at the meaning of worldview and how it functions in culture generally and in our lives. Afterwards we need to apply this knowledge to the dynamics of developing a Christian worldview and thereby become biblical super naturalists.” (Christian Worldview Development. Pg 1.)
Because of the statement in the reading Christian Worldview Development by Hans M. Weerstra, this proves that we all need to start looking at our everyday ‘worldly’ problems with Biblical Supernatural solutions. And this week has been very calming to me, knowing that we are addressing solutions in a supernatural way. It has been a way I have started to see the world, and best believe it is a great way to communicate with God.
I have been doing my own biblical research with a modern perspective on marriage and family disorder. This is an actual life changing example that has completely turned my family’s life around. It is what brought our family to a closer relationship with the Heavenly Father.
While realizing our part in the Kingdom of Heaven really has to do with using the Bible and learning what happened at the beginning with Adam and Eve in Genesis. “One cannot attain the deep answers concerning life, its origin, meaning and purpose without this fundamental basic reality as God has given it in Genesis 1-11.” (Christian Worldview Development: Part II. Pg. 56)
When we determine what actually happened in the Garden of Eden we can find out where everything went wrong and recreate the solution in our own lives. It actually is a lot simpler than you might think. “And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.” (1 Timothy 2:14)

What I came up with is to fix the divorce rate and marriage issues are to reverse the Adam and Eve situation. If Eve ate the forbidden fruit and the husband, Adam followed suit then Eve (the wife) can reverse the family dysfunction. “Then shall the man be guiltless from iniquity, and this woman shall bear her iniquity.” (Numbers 5:31)
I tried this in my own life and it really worked! If Eve (the wife) follows the Proverbs 31:10-31 rules of a virtuous wife, then Adam (the husband) will follow her and Christ will automatically become the number one primary purpose for the whole family.
Then the children will learn the same from the parents. If Christ is primary, then Love is primary. “and to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fullness of God.” (Ephesians 3:19)
But, if we use my theory, then it starts with the woman doing her part per the Biblical Worldview. The wife is to support her husband’s faith, not to point out every flaw of her husband.
“Neither was the man created for the woman; but the woman for the man.” (1 Corinthians 11:9)
Proverbs 31:10-31 gives very good instructions on great lengths of a wife’s expectations to provide a supportive role in the family.
The Good Wife 10 Who can find a virtuous woman? For her price is far above rubies. 11 The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her, So that he shall have no need of spoil. 12 She will do him good and not evil All the days of her life. 13 She seeketh wool, and flax, And worketh willingly with her hands. 14 She is like the merchants' ships; She bringeth her food from afar. 15 She riseth also while it is yet night, And giveth meat to her household, And a portion to her maidens. 16 She considereth a field, and buyeth it: With the fruit of her hands she planteth a vineyard. 17 She girdeth her loins with strength, And strengtheneth her arms. 18 She perceiveth that her merchandise is good: Her candle goeth not out by night. 19 She layeth her hands to the spindle, And her hands hold the distaff. 20 She stretcheth out her hand to the poor; Yea, she reacheth forth her hands to the needy. 21 She is not afraid of the snow for her household: For all her household are clothed with scarlet. 22 She maketh herself coverings of tapestry; Her clothing is silk and purple. 23 Her husband is known in the gates, When he sitteth among the elders of the land. 24 She maketh fine linen, and selleth it; And delivereth girdles unto the merchant. 25 Strength and honour are her clothing; And she shall rejoice in time to come. 26 She openeth her mouth with wisdom; And in her tongue is the law of kindness. 27 She looketh well to the ways of her household, And eateth not the bread of idleness. 28 Her children arise up, and call her blessed; Her husband also, and he praiseth her. 29 Many daughters have done virtuously, But thou excellest them all. 30 Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: But a woman that feareth the LORD, she shall be praised. 31 Give her of the fruit of her hands; And let her own works praise her in the gates. (Proverbs 31:10-31)
Now, in my own story, my husband and I began our own individual spiritual renewal at the same time. But he meditated on Proverbs 31 and prayed on it every day. He admitted this to me after a while of it happening. I read it at the time, and was like, “yeah, right”. I just didn’t think I could be all of those expectations. It seemed so far fetched, especially the way I was used to living. But, I will attest the truth is that I believe because he prayed and prayed on it, one by one God, the Holy Spirit, Jesus and I felt the presence of angels and even the Mother Mary bringing me hope and insight. I have been so overly taken by the journey that I wrote it all down, well, as much as I can.
In the Bible we know that “All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine (teaching), for reproof, for correction, for instruction, in righteousness (justice), that the man of God may be complete (fitted), thoroughly equipped for every good work.” (2 Timothy 3:16, 17)
Therefore, we are ALWAYS to consult the Bible for solutions to our problems. It just has become the norm to consult our irrational ways of the world first, which in a sense is most likely satan, which is exactly what Eve did in the beginning! So, in that way of thinking, nothing has really changed, has it?
Quite possible, do you think that it JUST might change the world by adapting to the thinking that we all can be the New Eve’s who obey God’s Word as the New Biblical Worldview by understanding how influential we are as women?

Men are made in the likeness of Christ (in the image of God) and woman are made in the likeness of the Holy Spirit (the helper). We are made perfect for each other in the sense that we need to make each other whole. But we have to have this mindset.
